I also covered training for your older/elderly body and how you don't have to listen to new PTs and fitness trainers telling you that you must lift really heavy weights. You must squat your body weight when you're older and grey and deadlift twice your bodyweight. You would benefit from practising getting off the floor no? Protecting your wrists from breaks and fractures? Learning how to fall safely? Strength and looking after your body later in life is so multi faceted. It is complex and should not be so reductive. To really help you it needs to be more than just SBD (squat/bench/deadlifts).
