I have some news!
An amazing opportunity has come up for me to run my business out of a private gym!
Alongside CATCH (don't worry I'll still be at CATCH).
I have been looking to leave busy busy JD Gyms in my role as a PT.
Come November, I will be outta there PT wise.
So there's another option for PT now (including SGPT like oly lifting/lasses that lift).
There will be no waiting for equipment. It's a functional fitness gym, so there are fewer machines but other things we can do. No membership will be required! Only the cost of the PT 😁✨
