We rise by
lifting others

My Story

I was an apprentice in the fitness industry for 2 years before starting my coaching career. I've competed in strong(wo)man — finishing on the podium — and since found a passion for lifting more technically.

I hold my BWL L2 in Olympic weightlifting and coach it with passion. Around 10 years ago lifting helped me recover from mental health issues and anorexia — building strength in the gym empowered me to help others conquer their fears and build confidence.

Something for everyone

I was lucky enough to host Happie on my podcast, The Unstoppable Introvert Project, and her episode was brilliant. Happie's openness about overcoming challenges and her mental health was captivating.

Being only a beginner who has no clue about anything, Happie made me feel comfortable immediately. I feel I can ask her anything. She's always so willing to help me with what I'm trying to train.

Jaya

Really helped with my Olympic lifting as well as nutrition. Very understanding & knowledgeable about weightlifting. Worked on snatches and clean & jerks as well as compound lifts.

Randy

Happie was recommended to me as someone who could help get into strength training and weight lifting. From her social media I could see she was exactly the kind of PT I was looking for and my 1:1 sessions were great.

Happie shared invaluable insights into the connection between physical training and mental well-being, resonating deeply with my audience. Happie's willingness to address her own struggles with mental health added relatability and her journey and practical tips left a lasting impression. I can confidently say she is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. She takes an interest, is extremely supportive and goes the extra mile.

Happie was recommended to me as someone who could help get into strength training and weight lifting. From her social media I could see she was exactly the kind of PT I was looking for and my 1:1 sessions were great. More recently Happie has guided me through rehabilitating a hip injury, helped me build my confidence to own my space at the gym when there and feel less intimidated and introduced me to a CrossFit style training plan to help with my half marathon training. Not only that Happie has shifted my mindset when it comes to how I mentally as well as physically approach my fitness journey. Strong mind first, strong physique will follow. Honestly one of the best humans I've had the pleasure of becoming friends with 💛
